Great backpack, I am traveling a lot - by flights, taxis, undergrounds, bus,...and I must say it is the most comfortable backpack I ever had...even when fully packed with notebook, cables, documents,...there is no backpack I ever tried which was and is easier to carry. The partition is really good. Also, I had a question to the Everki-customer support: outstanding, fast reply and pragmatical answer. I think, I will stay for the rest of my Business life with Everki...

In the past I've been going from bag to bag every other year because it would tear apart. I decided 4 years ago that I'd finally settle for a more expensive bag, and I was not disappointed. The bag lasted me splendidly all throughout my university years with very little wear and tear. Finally, I've been noticing a slight tear in fabric on one of the shoulder straps so I contacted customer service. All I can say is that the customer service here is excellent and that the lifetime warranty is like the best thing ever.

I was looking for a bag that would fit my notebook and style and after reading about Everki I was sure that I found what I was looking for so I ordered it. I made a good choice when going with an a Everki bag. I use this bag almost everyday so when I found a seam coming loose I contacted Everki customer service and within days I had a new bag in hand. Everki will be the first place I look for any bag I need in the future.

Great Bag and Excellent Customer Service: After 2.5 years of continuous use, I experience some fraying on the right shoulder strap of my Flight backpack. I submitted a warranty claim with photos and received an immediate response that the backpack would be replaced under warranty and sent to me by FedEx.

After using this product for long hours everyday for a couple of years, It still looks just like a new one. Previously I had to buy a new backpack at least once every 2 years.
But this is not the best thing about Everki, .... I had to refer to the company for a minor issue and this is without a doubt one of my best experiences with any customer service all my life. Thanks to Andrea and also to the team in Everki.

Very good customer services. Everki honor their promise (Life Time Warranty) in replacing a brand new bag after confirm that my back was broken.
The bag itself was very user friendly for frequent traveler like myself. Stylish and practical design. I like it very much.

The Everki Flight is a fantastic backpack for business and private use. There's enough room available to store all my equipment (i.e. MacBook, Cable-Sets, Documents, Food, ...) for my daily usage. The quality is perfect and everything can be separated so that things don't mess up. I'm using the backpack for several month on almost every single day and am still absolutely satisfied. If your looking for a nice build backpack with clever features and a really good quality, you should definitive consider buying the Flight. Nice work, Everki!

I purchased this bag about 3 years ago and the shoulder strap started to fray on the one side. I was dismayed as I loved this bag so much and used it every day for work and regular travel. The bag is so well thought out, there is place for everything. I contacted customer services with a couple of photos. They were very friendly, efficient and ever so helpful. They replaced my bag under their warranty. What a pleasure dealing with Everki! I can recommend this bag to anyone who has to take their work home and who travels regularly.
