How to measure your laptop
To know whether your laptop will fit, you'll need to measure it.
IMPORTANT: Please use the MAX DIMENSIONS as a guide when determining whether your laptop will fit. Laptop size, which is based on screen size, is not a good indicator of actual device dimensions.
Measure your laptop's width and height from edge to edge.
Measure thickness at the thickest point (often near the hinge).
If you use a hard-shell case, measure with it on.
Compare your measurements to 42 x 28.3 x 3.8 cm maximum.
Tip: If you're close to the limit, measure thickness at the hinge - wheeled packs still need a little clearance for easy access.

For the past 25 years / Delta million miler I have travelled around the US for work. Finally found a beautiful piece of luggage I enjoy. The Atlas is replacing my 22” Nanuk and Briggs and Riley. My Nanuk I can sit on it vertical as it is a tank. Briggs and Riley- well one of the best in the luggage business and lifetime warranty.
Why is the Everki a great buy- well padded, rock solid construction, compact, fits in overhead if flying regional jet, converts from backpack to roller in seconds, holds for me two days of clothes, 14” portable monitor, work folders, etc. I do not carry laptop or tools in it as I work in healthcare construction- I carry separate backpack. Designed for travelers in mind. Yes it is a bit pricey but the bag is built with quality and workmanship. Bag is a looker.
I would not hesitate to purchase again. If Tumi or Briggs and Riley had this the cost would be well over $600. If you want a quality product from a reputable company then buy an Everki.

Nachdem ich mehrere Marken geprüft und ein paar Rolltaschen ausprobiert hatte, die ebenfalls nicht funktionierten – entweder waren die Reißverschlüsse schwach oder der Rollmechanismus funktionierte nicht.

After reviewing several brands, and try a couple rolling bags that didn't work either the zippers were weak or the rolling mechanism didn't work.

Ich liebe diesen Rucksack! Ich konnte problemlos Kleidung und Toilettenartikel für ein Wochenende plus Tablet und Lesestoff unterbringen. Love this backpack! I was able to fit a weekend’s worth of clothes and toiletries, along with my tablet and reading material, into the space with no problem. The handle extended nicely making it a breeze to move around the airport. I tested out the straps for carrying, and really appreciate the fabric that can cover the wheels. This is a winner for me!

The Atlas Wheeled backpack is well-designed. Considerations were made concerning versatility, particularly centered on modes of carry (i.e., carry, wheel, luggage strap). These features are uncommon among other major brand backpack and luggage manufacturers. Clearly, someone on the Everki engineering team is a business traveler who identified a gap in bag types bearing the three features included on the Atlas: luggage strap, wheels/extendable handle, and backpack straps. This bag is one for the books (and laptop, overnight outfit, and more)!
