Onyx 132-17

I received my backpack a few days ago and I'm already in love. The quality of the material, zippers and thoughtfulness of the layout leave nothing to be desired. It has enough room for my laptop, access., notebook and travel necessities for my service dog. My only disappointment is that there are two specific places where the zipper seems to bump and stop slightly over the inside seam. It's much more obvious when the bag is empty and it can be avoided by pulling outward a little bit when opening. It's not a huge issue but over time it could cause problems. However, when I called customer service to see how to exchange it the options were limited: I send the bag back for up to 2 weeks before I receive another one or I buy another bag to be sent while I return this one. I need this bag as I am traveling and I don't have another one to use and I don't really have the excess money laying around to buy another bag and then wait for the refund on the second bag. So I guess I will continue to use it and hope for the best.

The ONYX 132-17 is amazing, great quality

I love everything about this backpack except for the handles. They are small, thin, uncomfortable to hold and unrefined…almost feel like an afterthought. Underwhelming for a pack at this price point.

I've only used the back pack for 3 weeks. I travel every week and have always used Tumi. This time I made the switch, not as expensive but just as good if not better. I love how the inside is orange, so you can know for sure what you have unzipped. It holds, my 2 laptops, and ipad, notebook...and all the personal crap that you need the space for in all the little zipper pockets on the inside and outside. I love, it stands straight up when you set it down, does not fall over. All the pockets with zippers is easily accessibly. I especially like the unzipped deep pocket in front - when going thru TSA after show ID I can just stash my ID and cell into that front deep pocket - awesome for travel!! Also love the litte-ish hidden pocket that's RFID - I have a little zipped note book where I keep passport, cash if needed if wallet lost...etc. Also have my vac-card there now. Just in case.

Overall it's an awesome backpack - not bad at all to swing it on my one shoulder and lug it around with all above packed. My only gripe... The two side zipper pockets. I really have not found a good use for them. The one that's to hole a water bottle or such, is a complete pain, I don't use it anymore. Would be much better just to have an open unzipped side pocket to stash soda, water, or your own bottle.

Overall I love it, and will look to EVERKI again when I need to purchase travel-work bags, backpacks...etc.

The best backpack that I have ever owned, multiple laptops are not a problem, very spacious and functional.

First let me say this bag is awesome and looks very professional. If you are questioning the cost, it is completely worth it. You get what you pay for. They put a lot of thought into this bag and the quality. I upgraded from another Everki bag and their customer service is fantastic. Daniel O. is fantastic and helped me through everything. Top notch products and customer service what more can you ask for. Keep up the good work Everki!

This is the backpack! The build of this backpack is just fabulous - great padding, sturdy materials, solid zippers. This backpack is for the professional business traveler - it looks amazing and plenty of organization. This is a serious contender if you were considering one of the Tumi backpacks. The quality is up to par plus I just love that the TSA approved pocket is a standard feature at Everki. I was a bit skeptical prior to ordering but oh did this bag impress. Worth every penny and a superior built of their other lines (which are also great - but this one is worth the extra money)

The Onyx backpack is like no other. I can put everything I need in this bag and I love the water bottle holder on the side. Also love the nice bright lining in Everki's bags, it really helps to make items stand out and means they are quick and easy to find.

The Onyx is the perfect backpack for business travel. I am constantly traveling and I couldn't ask for a better bag for so many reasons. The amount of padded compartments is amazing! I have never owned a backpack with as good of quality and style as the backpacks from Everki. I highly recommend these bags, they are incredible!!!

Holds everything I need with room to spare and the bag is very well made. I am a professional woman and travel often for work. I needed a backpack that would be good for airline travel and would still look professional for appointments with clients. This backpack fits the bill. It is evident that a lot of thought went into the design and the quality is outstanding. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend it.
