The laptop is Acer Aspire V17Nitro - 42cm/30cm
Alas, 2 months after purchase my bag developed a faulty strap (which would prompt me to award lower stars).
However as soon as I reported this to Everki - from whom I had NOT bought the bag directly - an efficient, no-hassle, fair Customer Support operation moved into action. Now, less than a week later, I have received a free of charge replacement strap, from a quick a responsive company.
Therefore despite the fault with the strap, based on both the product and the customer service - 5 stars!
Honestly I decided to buy this case because all my experiences with Everki have been A-grade!
