Didn't work for me

The features and quality are fine, but there is a massive design flaw that ruined this bag for me. I place the backpack on the floor near my desk, leaning next to the side of the desk. No matter if it's empty or full, it always falls forward to the ground unless you lean it at a 45 degree angle. When I contacted Customer Service they said this is not a defect. I finally got tired of having to have the bag sitting with the straps facing out, and decided to find something that works better.

Great Quality - Outstanding After Sales Support

I have this bag for more than a year. For me it is one of the best bags I owned. I love material quality and everything on the bag shouts "Quality & Design".
I would like to mention that together with the bag your are "buying" also outstanding after sales support. My bag, after 14 months of daily use had a minor issue with the sidepocket threads.
I have contacted EVERKI customer support and with no questions asked they replaced my bag with a new one. Replacement process was quick and with several different options for the customer. Truly Lifetime warranty.

Amazing backpack, you'll love it

I've been in love with this great backpack from the very first day and after more than four years it still looks almost the same.
It is made with solid and durable materials and there are almost no signs of wears. For me it has the perfect size, it is slim, light, comfortable and with plenty of thoughtfully designed pockets for the everyday job commuting. I find it also quite elegant and I've used it literally almost every day.
Recently I've found the velcro pocket, that I used for the wireless mouse, had a hole in the bottom size so I contacted the Everki support and they agreed to replace it: amazing!
I definetely recommend this product and the Everki brand.

I'm a freelance AV tech and this has been the perfect bag for me to carry my macbook pro, ipad, assorted cables and adapaters, and plenty other little things I need while still being slim and compact. Also looks very sharp and high quality. I did have an issue after about 6 months of use but was quickly taken care of by Everki's excellent customer service. Will definitely buy another Everki product in the future!

This is an incredibly well-made bag, equal in quality to any Tumi. First-rate materials and thoughtful, real-world design. Zippers are smooth, shoulder pads are comfortable and the interior is well-configured. Very little resistance encountered when pulling out the laptop due to the soft lining and brilliantly placed zipper tracks, which allow maximum access to each main compartment. Perfectly houses my 13" MBPro, iPad and Kindle PaperWhite, as well as a legion of cables and adapters. Lifetime warranty shows confidence in their product. Easy five-stars!
