Ho acquistato a settembre 2016 una versione precedente del prodotto che ho comprato di recente da voi. Il motivo per cui ho deciso di sostituire il prodotto è che una delle cerniere si è staccata dal tessuto e la mia scelta era sostituire l’intero prodotto (ed è quello che ho fatto) oppure far riparare lo zaino danneggiato, il che avrebbe significato restare senza zaino per un po’, cosa che non volevo. In origine ho deciso di acquistare il vostro prodotto perché pensavo potesse essere indistruttibile E perché ha un interno di colore vivace che rende molto più facile trovare gli oggetti. Beh, NON era indistruttibile, ma è durato a lungo. Quello nuovo va bene, ma mi manca la rete interna su una tasca interna con cerniera, che è un grande vantaggio perché si può vedere attraverso la rete. Vorrei che aveste mantenuto la rete. Ho personalizzato entrambi i prodotti attaccando una cinghia tipo sling, più veloce e più comoda delle due spalline più piccole. Il prodotto è migliore di qualsiasi altro che io conosca, ma potrebbe ancora essere migliorato facendolo durare di più, aggiungendo materiale a rete interno trasparente e offrendo una versione con cinghia sling. È anche molto costoso. Sono fortunato a potermelo permettere.
I purchased an earlier version of the product I recently purchased from you guys on Sept 2016. The reason I decided to replace the product is because one of the zippers became detached from the fabric and My choice was to replace the whole product (which is what I did) or try to get someone to repair the damaged backpack which would mean I would have zero backpack for a time which I did not want to do. I originally decided to purchase your product because I thought it might be indestructible AND because it has a brightly colored interior which makes locating objects a lot easier. Well, it was NOT indestructible, but it did last for a long while. The new one is OK but I miss the interior webbing on an interior zip pocket which is a big benefit because one can see through the webbing. I wish you had retained the webbing. I customized both products by attaching a sling type strap which is faster and more comfortable than the 2 smaller shoulder straps. The product is better than any other I know but could still be improved by getting it to last longer, adding interior see through webbing materiel, and offering a sling strap version. It is also very expensive. I'm lucky I can afford it

Innanzitutto vorrei dire quanto è straordinario il team EVERKI. Dovevo apportare una modifica al mio ordine. Il loro servizio nel gestirla è stato fantastico.
Per quanto riguarda la borsa in sé, il design è quasi perfetto. Ogni elemento di organizzazione è così ben pensato. È esattamente all’altezza dei materiali di marketing. Nessun marchio ha design migliori.
Il motivo per cui ho dato 4 stelle invece di 5 è la fattura. Per una borsa da quasi 300 $ sono rimasto un po’ deluso dalla qualità quando l’ho disimballata. I materiali sono buoni, non ottimi. Le cuciture sembrano scadenti. Le mie ultime due borse erano di Aer e Waterfield Designs. La borsa EVERKI non sembrava essere allo stesso livello.
Se la borsa resiste nel tempo, allora le preoccupazioni sulla qualità sono infondate. Spero di modificare la recensione man mano che avrò più tempo con la borsa.

First, I'd like to mention how amazing the EVERKI team is. I needed to make a change to my order. Their service in handling it was fantastic.
In terms of the bag itself, the design is near perfection. Every piece of organization is so well-thought-out. It is every bit as good as the marketing materials. No brand has better designs.

L'Onyx è stilizzato in modo molto professionale e ben organizzato

Ho acquistato l'Onyx 132 per sostituire il mio Everki Versa. L'Onyx ha un aspetto più professionale e ha più volume anche se non è visibilmente più grande. Mi piace molto il vano principale perché è più grande di quello del Versa. Può contenere più documenti senza che si pieghino. Inoltre, può contenere sia un taccuino che una custodia per cuffie. Penso anche che la tracolla sia un miglioramento notevole. È più larga e più comoda da portare su una spalla. Infine, mi piace la tasca aperta più larga sul davanti, più adatta a riviste o a un giornale. A parte queste tre differenze, è la stessa eccellente qualità e organizzazione Everki dove ogni cosa ha il suo posto.
I purchased the Onyx 132 to replace my Everki Versa. The Onyx is more professional looking and has more volume even though it isn't noticeably bigger. I really like the main compartment as it is bigger than the Versa. It can hold more documents without them folding. Also, it can hold both a notebook and headphones case. I also think that the shoulder strap is a noticeable improvement. It is wider and more comfortable to sling over one shoulder. Finally, I like the wider open pocket in the front which is better suited for magazines or a newspaper. Apart from those three differences, it is the same excellent Everki quality and organization where everything has its place.

Ho ricevuto lo zaino qualche giorno fa e ne sono già innamorato. La qualità del materiale, delle cerniere e la cura del layout non lasciano nulla a desiderare. Ha abbastanza spazio per il mio laptop, gli accessori, un taccuino e il necessario da viaggio per il mio cane da assistenza. L'unica delusione è che ci sono due punti specifici in cui la cerniera sembra urtare e fermarsi leggermente sulla cucitura interna. È molto più evidente quando la borsa è vuota e si può evitare tirando un po' verso l'esterno all'apertura. Non è un problema enorme, ma col tempo potrebbe causare problemi. Tuttavia, quando ho chiamato il servizio clienti per sapere come cambiarlo, le opzioni erano limitate: spedisco la borsa e aspetto fino a 2 settimane prima di riceverne un'altra, oppure compro un'altra borsa da spedire mentre restituisco questa. Ho bisogno di questa borsa perché sto viaggiando e non ne ho un'altra da usare, e non ho davvero i soldi in più in giro per comprarne un'altra e poi aspettare il rimborso della seconda. Quindi immagino che continuerò a usarla e sperare per il meglio.
I received my backpack a few days ago and I'm already in love. The quality of the material, zippers and thoughtfulness of the layout leave nothing to be desired. It has enough room for my laptop, access., notebook and travel necessities for my service dog. My only disappointment is that there are two specific places where the zipper seems to bump and stop slightly over the inside seam. It's much more obvious when the bag is empty and it can be avoided by pulling outward a little bit when opening. It's not a huge issue but over time it could cause problems. However, when I called customer service to see how to exchange it the options were limited: I send the bag back for up to 2 weeks before I receive another one or I buy another bag to be sent while I return this one. I need this bag as I am traveling and I don't have another one to use and I don't really have the excess money laying around to buy another bag and then wait for the refund on the second bag. So I guess I will continue to use it and hope for the best.

Adoro tutto di questo zaino tranne le maniglie. Sono piccole, sottili, scomode da tenere e poco rifinite… sembrano quasi un ripensamento. Deludente per uno zaino a questo prezzo.
I love everything about this backpack except for the handles. They are small, thin, uncomfortable to hold and unrefined…almost feel like an afterthought. Underwhelming for a pack at this price point.

Uso lo zaino solo da 3 settimane. Viaggio ogni settimana e ho sempre usato Tumi. Questa volta ho cambiato, non è così costoso ma altrettanto buono se non migliore. Adoro che l’interno sia arancione, così sai per certo cosa hai aperto. Ci stanno i miei 2 laptop, e iPad, taccuino… e tutta la roba personale per cui ti serve lo spazio in tutte le taschine con zip dentro e fuori. Lo adoro, sta dritto quando lo posi, non cade. Tutte le tasche con cerniera sono facilmente accessibili. Mi piace soprattutto la tasca profonda aperta davanti – quando passo la TSA dopo aver mostrato il documento posso infilare documento e cellulare in quella tasca profonda anteriore – fantastico per viaggiare!! Mi piace anche la taschina un po’ nascosta RFID – ho un piccolo taccuino con zip dove tengo passaporto, contanti se serve se perdo il portafoglio… ecc. Ora ho anche la vac-card lì. Per ogni evenienza.

I've only used the back pack for 3 weeks. I travel every week and have always used Tumi. This time I made the switch, not as expensive but just as good if not better. I love how the inside is orange, so you can know for sure what you have unzipped. It holds, my 2 laptops, and ipad, notebook...and all the personal crap that you need the space for in all the little zipper pockets on the inside and outside. I love, it stands straight up when you set it down, does not fall over. All the pockets with zippers is easily accessibly. I especially like the unzipped deep pocket in front - when going thru TSA after show ID I can just stash my ID and cell into that front deep pocket - awesome for travel!! Also love the litte-ish hidden pocket that's RFID - I have a little zipped note book where I keep passport, cash if needed if wallet lost...etc. Also have my vac-card there now. Just in case.
Overall it's an awesome backpack - not bad at all to swing it on my one shoulder and lug it around with all above packed. My only gripe... The two side zipper pockets. I really have not found a good use for them. The one that's to hole a water bottle or such, is a complete pain, I don't use it anymore. Would be much better just to have an open unzipped side pocket to stash soda, water, or your own bottle.
Overall I love it, and will look to EVERKI again when I need to purchase travel-work bags, backpacks...etc.

Prima di tutto voglio dire che questa borsa è fantastica e ha un aspetto molto professionale. Se vi state chiedendo se vale il costo, ne vale assolutamente la pena. Si ottiene ciò per cui si paga. Hanno pensato molto a questa borsa e alla qualità . Sono passato da un'altra borsa Everki e il loro servizio clienti è fantastico. Daniel O. è fantastico e mi ha aiutato in tutto. Prodotti e servizio clienti di prim'ordine, cosa si può chiedere di più. Continuate così Everki!
First let me say this bag is awesome and looks very professional. If you are questioning the cost, it is completely worth it. You get what you pay for. They put a lot of thought into this bag and the quality. I upgraded from another Everki bag and their customer service is fantastic. Daniel O. is fantastic and helped me through everything. Top notch products and customer service what more can you ask for. Keep up the good work Everki!

Questo è lo zaino! La costruzione di questo zaino è semplicemente favolosa – ottima imbottitura, materiali robusti, cerniere solide. Questo zaino è per il viaggiatore d’affari professionista – ha un aspetto straordinario e tantissima organizzazione. È un serio concorrente se stavi considerando uno degli zaini Tumi. La qualità è all’altezza e adoro proprio che la tasca approvata TSA sia una caratteristica standard da Everki. Ero un po’ scettico prima di ordinare ma oh, questa borsa ha impressionato. Vale ogni centesimo e una costruzione superiore rispetto alle loro altre linee (che sono anche ottime – ma questo vale i soldi in più)
This is the backpack! The build of this backpack is just fabulous - great padding, sturdy materials, solid zippers. This backpack is for the professional business traveler - it looks amazing and plenty of organization. This is a serious contender if you were considering one of the Tumi backpacks. The quality is up to par plus I just love that the TSA approved pocket is a standard feature at Everki. I was a bit skeptical prior to ordering but oh did this bag impress. Worth every penny and a superior built of their other lines (which are also great - but this one is worth the extra money)

Lo zaino Onyx è come nessun altro. Posso mettere tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno in questa borsa e adoro il porta bottiglia sul lato. Adoro anche la bella fodera chiara delle borse Everki, aiuta davvero a far risaltare gli oggetti e significa che sono rapidi e facili da trovare.
The Onyx backpack is like no other. I can put everything I need in this bag and I love the water bottle holder on the side. Also love the nice bright lining in Everki's bags, it really helps to make items stand out and means they are quick and easy to find.

L'Onyx è lo zaino perfetto per i viaggi di lavoro. Viaggio continuamente e non potrei chiedere una borsa migliore per tantissimi motivi. La quantità di scomparti imbottiti è incredibile! Non ho mai posseduto uno zaino di qualità e stile così buoni come gli zaini Everki. Consiglio vivamente queste borse, sono incredibili!!!
The Onyx is the perfect backpack for business travel. I am constantly traveling and I couldn't ask for a better bag for so many reasons. The amount of padded compartments is amazing! I have never owned a backpack with as good of quality and style as the backpacks from Everki. I highly recommend these bags, they are incredible!!!
