Very well put together case! Like this compact case with all the special features and pockets for storing small and large items.

This laptop bag is versatile and very good value for money (for which I would award it 5 stars).
Alas, 2 months after purchase my bag developed a faulty strap (which would prompt me to award lower stars).
However as soon as I reported this to Everki - from whom I had NOT bought the bag directly - an efficient, no-hassle, fair Customer Support operation moved into action. Now, less than a week later, I have received a free of charge replacement strap, from a quick a responsive company.
Therefore despite the fault with the strap, based on both the product and the customer service - 5 stars!
