Transfers outside Quebec and Canada

The personal information we process through the Site is stored in the United States, and some recipients we share it with may be located outside Quebec or Canada. The laws of those jurisdictions may differ from those that apply here. Before any such transfer, we assess the relevant privacy factors and take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives adequate protection, in accordance with applicable law.

Security

We use physical, organizational, and technological safeguards, including encryption and authentication controls, to protect your information. It is held on restricted-access networks accessible only to a limited number of authorized people.

Retention and destruction

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 14 without the consent of a person with parental authority. If you believe we hold such information, contact us so we can delete it.
