Your rights first (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

EVERKI Express Warranty (Australia)

Who is covered

This express warranty is provided to the original purchaser of an authentic EVERKI product bought in Australia from EVERKI or an authorised retailer. (Your ACL rights apply to the product itself and are not limited by this express warranty.)

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

How long it lasts

Bags, backpacks and briefcases: Limited Lifetime Warranty (for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and for the product’s reasonable useful life under normal use).

Education deployments (institution-issued cases used by students): 6-year limited warranty from original purchase date.

What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear; cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, fabric fading); accidental damage; misuse/abuse (e.g., over-stuffing or forcing zippers); unauthorised alterations or repairs; loss or theft; damage to contents not made by EVERKI.
