1. Cut the serial tag
Locate the serial number tag inside your EVERKI bag and cut half of it out. This permanently retires the bag from warranty.
2. Take a photo with today’s date
Place the cut tag next to a handwritten note that says “EVERKI Bag Refresh” and today’s date, then take a clear photo.
3. Submit your photo
Open our contact form, choose “Bag Refresh Program,” attach your image (max 10MB; jpg/png/pdf/zip/bmp/jpeg), and send.
4. Receive your code
We’ll email a unique, single‑use code for your next EVERKI bag. Codes are valid for use in November only for 40% promotion**
