Titan Backpack

Large enough for life

The EKP120. This is where function meets form. We’ve designed this backpack to be large enough to hold what you need, yet intuitive enough to find things where you expect them. Countless hours were spent designing, redesigning and testing the EKP120 to ensure the quality, versatility and style you’ve come to expect from an EVERKI bag. Our passion for function and a relentless attention to detail makes the EKP120 a veritable powerhouse. You require large compartments and high functionality, but you don’t want to compromise on form. So the EKP120 is tailored to be spacious, yet stylish and sleek – with black exterior and high-contrast orange interior. We created the EKP120 to be just what you’re looking for.

Titan Backpack

Intuitive design

Yes, The EKP120 has lots of large compartments, but that’s not what makes it so innovative. We’ve designed intuitive spaces for smart organization, buckles and straps positioned for on-the-fly adjustments; and pockets, pouches and slots for fingertip access.

The extra large laptop compartment is roomy enough for the most behemoth 18.4-inch laptop. In the main storage area, you’ll find large, divided spaces which allow you to keep chargers and power supplies separate from fragile files and documents. The felt-lined tablet pocket safely secures your iPad or Kindle, while the front compartment allows you to store business cards, pens, calculators or peripherals. And the soft, scratch free, lined portable media player pocket with cable outlet is positioned right at shoulder level to give you enough length in your cord for comfortable, slack free use.

Checkpoint Friendly

Travel friendly

Airport security can be a big hassle, so we designed the EKP120 with our hassle-free 180 degree fold-out design. The Checkpoint Friendly laptop compartment allows you to breeze through airport security without removing your device from its compartment. Simply open the EKP120 up 180 degrees, lay it flat, and your bag will quickly pass through the scanner. Should you need to remove your laptop, you can take it out and replace it without rummaging through your backpack or removing other contents. Take the EKP120 on the plane with you. It’s designed to fit in the cabin above and in most cases, under the seat. It’s that friendly.

Titan Backpack

Ergonomically designed

When your backpack is fully loaded it can get heavy, so we engineered a 5-point balance strap system to ergonomically distribute the weight and reduce muscle strain. With pillow-soft straps adjustable at the shoulders, 2 quick-slide straps at the bottom and one across the chest; you have total control over weight distribution. This allows you balanced comfort, even when your backpack is full. The EKP120’s ergonomically designed carry system also boasts a padded back panel, mesh padding and deep airflow channels to provide maximum air circulation for breathability. The EKP120: cool comfort, total control.

Titan Backpack

Security and protection

Your equipment is valuable, so we added multiple layers of padded protection, a security strap to keep your device in place, and super soft felt that ensures your laptop is secure and safe – even when traveling. The interior of the tablet pocket is also felt-lined and properly sized for an iPad, Kindle or other tablet to minimize damage caused by slipping and sliding. The EKP120 also comes with a water-resistant weather cover to protect your gear from the elements. The large metal zippers come with lock holes to keep your contents safe. Don’t worry, you’re covered.

Titan Backpack

Accessories pouch

You don’t want your power brick to get in the way or become a tangled mess. That’s why we designed the Accessories Pouch to separate your mouse, chargers, power supplies and cables from your more sensitive items.

High-contrast lining

All EVERKI interiors are stylish, high-contrast orange because we know how frustrating it is to mistakenly leave a compartment unzipped, and how difficult it is to organize against a black background. Savvy and Stylish.

Titan Backpack

Titan Backpack

Large zippers and metal pulls

Have you ever broken a zipper on your favorite bag? We have. That’s why we designed the EKP120 using heavy duty metal zippers with extra large pulls. So your favorite backpack can remain your favorite backpack.

Media player outlet

Cables tangled around your backpack straps? No more. The EKP120 comes equipped with a media-player compartment at shoulder level – and it’s designed so you can keep your cables at just the perfect length.

Solid Backpack that will Last. Worth the price!
Review by
I bought this backpack back in 2013. It was very expensive compared to backpacks back then, but quality is what they were touting and I needed quality. I happened to be an abuser to backpacks at the time and pushed them to their limits. When I travel overseas, I always carried lots of electronics with me and this backpack always had enough room and can hold the 50 lbs of stuff I put in it. So, if you are in the market for a new bag, you should go for this. You will not be disappointed.

There Is No Equal
Review by
I have had this backpack for seven years and have had zero problems with it. I routinely overload this thing with my 17" laptop, 80 11x17" prints, plus all my various cables, mice, and accessories. It's been all over the USA in airports, jobsites, thrown around in rentals, and has taken all sorts of abuse out in the elements. It still looks almost brand new. There is not a single stitch coming loose. I am still amazed at how well this has weathered all my trips. If I ever had to get another backpack, there would be no hesitation in getting another Everki. My only complaint if you must have one is that there are almost too many pockets. Every now and then I find something I lost a year ago in the vast spaces of its design. The pictures below show just how well this is still put together after all these years.

Bullet proof.

Great product and about the only one I could find to accommodate my W700 Lenovo laptop. I actually had this fall off a moving vehicle at about 40 mph and had no damage to the laptop or anything else in the case. Just a little "road rash" on the exterior material.

Large, Roomy Backpack
Review by
This is a large backpack. It has to be to fit my 18" laptop! It seems really nice so far. I love the soft orange material on the inside of the backpack. It definitely keeps my laptop from getting scratched up. There is a ton of room for all the accessories that I have, including my charging brick, a mouse, headphones, and a couple of usb sticks. And I'm not even scratching the surface on the number of things I could fit! The backpack with everything loaded is pretty heavy, but the way the straps work makes it pretty easy to hold it all on my back. Overall, I really love this backpack!

It fit my new Alienware M18 laptop perfectly. I had been searching for a case/backpack for a while. This worked out great. There is room for the large power source. There are many other pockets for smaller or medium sized items.

Great bag for everyday use, excellent laptop protection & ample space
Review by
I purchased this bag 5 years ago and used it daily for personal and business commute and travels. In one word, this bag is EXCELLENT from every single perspective. The bag will not give up. Zeippers are outstanding, the laptop compartment is sturdy and separate from the rest of the bag which is great for protection. The spacing is ample. Finally a bag that I don't have to replace

Lifetime Warranty is REAL - great support for their product
Review by
A great brand which backs its products. I bought the Business 120 (which used to be called the Titan when I got it in 2015). I used it quite extensively carrying around a heavy 17.3 inch gaming laptop and then I stuffed the bag with stuff and then some. Overtime, there were a few minor tears and a zipper handle broke and the padding in one of the backpack straps went funny and gave far less support. I sent them an email with my receipt and all my details with photos etc and they sent me a brand new bag! Great service and they really do back up and support the lifetime warranty. They really do back their product.

Everki Business 120 is a Beast!
Review by
The Everki Business 120 is a Beast! Built like a tank but very stylish too. Love the little touches like neoprene inserts that can stretch where needed. The adjustable elastic bottle strap in the side pocket is amazing too. I have only flown with it once this far, but I imagine this bag will be my companion on trips for many years to come.

One word of caution: don’t over pack this thing. It will hold WAY more than you will want to lug through the airport. [Don’t ask how I know]

Great product, pretty unique, generous support
Review by
I have been using a version of this backpack since 2012. It serves as a daily driver for my work as college teacher. On a typical busy day, I use this backpack to haul something like this:
- laptop
- tablet
- portable display
- wireless mic set
- 2 power bricks
- 1.5 l water bottle
- lunchbox
- 1 l thermos for tea plus tea mug
- lots of cables and adapters
- small first aid kit

I have also used this backpack as my carryon for international flights. No trouble here.

I am continually amazed at how much I can fit into this backpack.

In addition, Everki support has been very generous with replacing my bag when it started to come apart.

Even after more than ten years, I think there's not really any comparable product. Most laptop backpacks are significantly smaller. Most larger backpacks are not geared towards laptop use.

Still running strong after 11 years!
Review by
I own 2 of these backpacks, one of which I've had for 11 years and is still running strong. By far the most versatile, durable, and roomy backpack I've ever owned. The layout of the pockets and full-zip zippers are extremely convenient and great for organizing all of your things. I love this backpack so much that I just bought my daughter one as a graduation gift on her way to college. 10 stars!

So far so good! Lots of compartments for organization is really helpful with a sturdy build. I can put more than what I used to put in a different backpack, and it still feels lighter than my previous backpack. Helpful for airports.

The backpack is extremely well built and well thought out but doesn't fit larger cellphones in the designated compartment
Review by
This backpack is extremely well built. Everything about it feels quality and has great selection of pockets that are well sized. The only things I wish were slightly different is the "media-player compartment" does not fit larger phones I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and the only way it fits in that compartment is stick out of the top of the compartment unzipped.

Great bag, great potential for a perfect sequel
Review by
It's seriously pretty big, like almost twice the size of a standard school backpack. Material feels nice and strong, and the orange insides help greatly with visibility. I haven't even fully explored all the nooks and crannies of the bag yet and I already have a space for everything I want to carry.
Overall, the best bag I've ever had by a long shot.

But it can always be improved upon.
-Would be nice to have a little manual going over all the spaces and features, just for flavor and maybe showing off a few bonus ways to utilize certain things.
-I'm a skinny guy. Straps can't go tight enough to reach perfect comfort for me. They come really close, so it isn't terrible.
-Hanging strap could be slightly longer.

One of the best big backpacks I own. This was my first Everki pack and I have only used Everki bags since.

This bag is great for travel as I can fit everything I need and make sure I have it with me whenever necessary. It fits my chunky gaming laptop easily.

The bag also has an amazing build quality and has lasted me for close to 10 years now.

Durable, but some design flaws
Review by
I wanted to love this backpack. I spent two hours researching and was so sure that this one was perfect. After a few days of use, here are my thoughts.

1. SPACE. While it is large (as desired), the space is not well allocated for my purposes. The primary compartments are tall, wide, and shallow. If I were stuffing some clothes into the bag in order to reserve my carry-on for my violin, the clothing would have to be piled up vertically in the same compartment as my work supplies. And even this main compartment is further divided vertically in half, making it even more tall, wide, and skinny.

2. PROPORTION. I'm 5'4" and 112 lbs. I'm strong for my size, but it's just ... unwieldy. I couldn't get into the car and put it next to me because it was too bulky to swing over the steering wheel, making it impractical for daily use around town (back and forth to coffee shops & from work to home).

3. COMPARTMENTS. The sizes are oddly sized and not well suited for my typical supplies. Specifically:

• The side compartments are sliiightly smaller than my laptop charger, so it sticks up out of the top. And they are MUCH too small for a travel mug or water bottle.
• The interior pen-sized pockets don't have bottoms.
• The two square pockets seem designed for a 3.5" floppy disc. They're way too big for business cards, and too flat for my wireless mouse.
• I'm not sure what to use the 11" x 6" x 0" pocket for.
• There is no compartment that might keep my studio-quality headphones safe from getting crushed.

I was so committed to my choice that I was planning to take scissors and remove the dividing panel in the main compartment, to make this space roomier and more versatile. My husband helpfully observed that 1) the bag reminded him of how small I actually am, and 2) for the price, I should not have to take scissors to the bag to make it work.

So, I appreciate the bag's durability and many compartments, but this laptop bag seems better suited for someone whose primary purpose is carrying several laptops.

Pretty good but some features need to be improved.
Review by
As other female customers have commented, this bag is not designed for women. The sternum strap is too low down and cannot be moved high enough to fit correctly.
Also, the bottom corners of the laptop pocket are left open (WHY?) and are not padded. I am going to have to close and pad the lower corners of the laptop pocket to ensure that my laptop is protected.
The side pockets are not big enough to be much use.
Since the backpack is "checkpoint friendly", there should be an RFID-protected compartment or pocket in the backpack.
Also, a second laptop pocket in the laptop compartment would be an excellent addition. It's virtually impossible to find backpacks capable of accommodating more than one laptop. This one manages - just.
If these are corrected, the laptop design and function would be greatly improved.

A brilliant bag worth the investment! It ticks all the boxes.
Review by
So worth the investment! Sturdy, polished, well-designed, and comfortable. This is a big bag with space galore. Anything the designers did not think about? Doesn't seem so. The heavy-duty zips are a nice touch and so is the pouch for holding power supplies and other accessories. When it is loaded with all my electronics (and I have loads) and I use the 5-point belts, it becomes an easy load to carry. It is a little bigger than I thought but perfect for what I need.

Good bag, lots of room, but the Handle and water bottle needs some redesign work.
Review by
I have been using this backpack since 09/2020 and it has been a pretty great backpack. It holds way more than anticipated which can be dangerous for over packing. I typically carry about 25 to 30 lbs in the backpack daily. I travel about 20 weeks a year and work in construction environments, but the backpack has held up well.

My only 2 complaints is the carry handle and the water bottle pouch. The water bottle pouch does not hold a water bottle very securely and the zipper is always sliding downward. The piece of material the holds the elastic cord to secure the water bottle in place tore after about 9 months. The handle needs to be more securely attached to the bag. The material where the handle is attached started separating along the zipper stitch line on both sides. With my heavy computer, cables and other electronics i carry for work, the handle started tearing after about a year or so. If the handle was reinforced with some type of stiffer material (nylon/plastic for example) on the inside of the bag then there would be no stress on the stitching.

I bought this bag several years ago when it was still branded as the Titan. This thing has traveled from one end of the globe to the other on my back. It’s an absolute monster and holds everything I could ever need it to. Every pocket and zipper is still a tight ad the day I unpacked it. I love this thing.

Great Bag
Review by
I purchased this bag and the Concept 2 to decide between the two. I ended up returning this one in favor of the Concept, but it was very close. I was worried my very large laptop (Alienware X17 R2) wouldn't fit in the Concept but it ended up being perfect. The deciding factors were my preference fore the tablet sleeve being in the laptop compartment, and the addition of the RFID pouch and hard case for sunglasses on the Concept 2.

I really liked the inclusion of the organizer slots in one of the side pouches. The quality of the bag is readily apparent, and the organization options are top notch. Had the Concept 2 been out of my price range, or more than I was willing to spend I would have gladly used the Business 120 for many years to come.

Happy Birthday to me! I love this pack. I have been looking for a pack that will hold my 16” MacBook Pro in a sleeve along with light camera gear, and two tripods. The contrasting orange interior with the black exterior is both luxurious and adventurous in appeal. I’m getting ready for a 3 week trip out west and I’m looking forward to strapping it on and hitting the road.

I'm an old road warrior whose been travelling for 45 years so have tried ALOT of bags. This backpack I believe was called the Titan back when I bought it about 5 years ago and is easily the best backpack I have owned. Don't get me wrong, this back has wear and tear and some damage but probably has 500k miles on it and is still serviceable. I just bought a new cool bag from a different company and took it on a short trip. Nice bag but I'm selling it and going back to my Titan. This is a solid product.

A hard working bag that wont let you down

Had this same model before that I had used extensively for several years . Quality was great and after years of hard use from traveling and going to manufacturing sites, there was only a few worn out spots on the bag a little tier on one of the support straps. This is why I decided to purchase the same model again this time and happy to see that there has been improvements made to this already fantastic hard working back pack. Keep up the great work EVERKI!

Durable Slick Work Backpack That Can Fit 3 Laptops
Review by
I have had such a difficult time finding a backpack that would allow me to travel with 3 laptops, chargers, notebooks, and various equipment when leaving for work. This backpack is padded and has compartments that allow me to pack my larger work laptop and photo editing laptop, and my personal laptop/tablet when I leave for work. The bag is large and durable enough that I don't have to worry about the straps ripping and the size seems well-suited for bringing on planes as a carry on as long as it is not overpacked. I love this backpack that is the perfect balance of durability, tech, and aesthetics.

I had to replace my stolen Everki bag which was a few years old, which was the best work bag or case I've ever owned. The Business 120 it looked about the same as my old bag and would be perfect for a number of long flights coming up. I did not notice the new bag is bigger. Thank Goodness! It is large which some people might not like, but for international travel, I could pack my personal laptop, work laptop, typical office stuff, headphones, AND a toilet kit and some light clothing which one should always have in case checked-in luggage is lost or delayed. The layout is almost identical to the smaller bag from a few years ago which was very capable in its own right. If this new one ages as well as the old one did, I'll be happy for years. Loaded up and heavy, it is still extremely comfortable to wear for long airport treks and is better designed for heavy loads than my old one. Only downside: it won't fit under some narrow airline seat storage areas, but even then under normal sized ones it is OK, and is still plenty small to fit overhead easily.

Perfection
Review by
I've had this bag for close to 8 years now using it every day not only to carry my laptop but other gear as well in just a normal back pack role. It has performed perfectly.

Stitching is still fine, all zips work. Nothing has broken. I've used it in some pretty harsh environments when I probs shouldn't have but still going and most importantly my laptop is not damaged.

Plenty of room as advertised, I've been able to go 17.4 inch laptop and playstation, or even 2 17 inch laptops (tight fit)
It is a large bag but dont let that be a negative. The compression straps do a good job of reducing overall size. When working fifo it had room for clothes saving me needing a suitcase. Couldn't be happier with it.

Superior Quality and Customer Support!
Review by
I'd like to comment first on the backpack and then on the customer support.
Limited Lifetime warranty.
I bought my Titan few years ago, love it. Very durable, comfortable, padded/protection, strong easy gliding zippers, compartments and zipper sections for everything you'd want or need. My backpack is heavily used....I travel for work 120+ days a year, on and off planes, in and out of convention centers, grabbing it all the time... It gets USED. If you want a big, rugged, backpack for laptop, chargers, accessories, snacks, jacket, coming home with extra souvenirs for the family, etc etc, then the Titan has it all. Space and pockets for everything and then some. Its awesome. And comfortable.

One issue I encountered; after a couple of years, my bag lost the cushion in one of the straps, or it folded over inside the strap and stretched out... it got uncomfortable. After contacting Titan with this and sending a picture over, they gave me several options to get a new bag. within 2 days I had a new one shipped! The customer support was absolutely wonderful and appreciated.

NOTE: The new bag has wider and thicker straps; looks like they addressed what I thought was the only weak point of the Titan.

I highly recommend Everki. The Quality is excellent. And their customer support is A+

EXCELLENT bag. Space for everything, very high quality, lasted 7 years with heavy usage, lifetime warranty makes it last even longer. The last laptop backpack you'll ever need to buy.

Cannot recommend enough! I bought this backpack in 2012 during a special Newegg was running with the purchase of my old Asus ROG G75V, a monster heavy laptop. I used my Titan backpack to carry it back and forth to college everyday. Since I am a computer engineering student, I eventually needed to carry multiple laptops with power supplies, all sorts of video adapters, different cables, tools, and of course your standard school supplies. This thing did it all like a champ.

Seven years later, and it hardly showed any wear. It has fallen off of tables fully loaded before without damaging the precious contents, been through several downpours running to the car without the included rain jacket--no water made it through! Most importantly, Everki stands behind their limited lifetime warranty. I had a couple failing seams on the straps (mind you, 7 years after purchase) and they replaced it free of charge! This fact alone should make you want to buy this bag, since you'll only have to buy it once! Excellent company with an excellent product.

Good for computers, Not women
Review by
First— this is a review from a 5’ tall woman. I am also former military, so I am used to carrying large heavy items in bags made for men. However, I am disappointed that Everki, as a civilian company, has not taken a more modern approach to bag design/ergonomics. This bag is not made for a woman and id designed in such a way that is assumption is clearly that a woman would never have a need for such a device, which is annoying to say the least. This is why it is not a 5-star bag (see below for the ladies out there).

The things I love, which is why I gave it 3 stars. If you are a man considering purchase, definitely get this bag, it will be 5-stars for you:
(1) There are so many organization pockets. It is really important to me to be able to know where everything is and find it without looking or digging when in a tight space.
(2) The zippers and stitching are very high quality. I expect this will last for many years.
(3) It has a sleek design, so I feel I can take it into work and still get into my office to unpack while looking professional.
(4) The padding on the straps and back are very thick and cushy, which is great for carrying heavy loads.

The things that lost 2 stars are really only specific to me being a woman, if you have narrow shoulders, or if you are a generally small person:
(1) The straps on the shoulders are fixed in static position too high up, and the suspension system does not allow for enough give even if you loosen them all the way. The bag should be able to tilt further off the back and also draw closer into the back (depending on the heft and type of load that is being carried), but it does not do this very basic thing that most suspension systems do better. Plenty of tactical and high tech bags are able to do this better (Everki designers, take a look at Osprey packs for some guidance on how to build a suspension system in a city or travel backpack).
(2) The chest strap is much too low. Even if you do not have breasts, it is still not in an ergonomically advisable position as even men have different centers of gravity. That is why most hiking packs and other bags with chest straps have a wider area of being able to slide it up or down. This one is too narrow of a range and basically could accommodate flat chested people between 5’6” and 5’8”. If you are shorter or taller than this, likely it will not be in a comfortable position and cause back strain. Again, Everki designers, take a hint from the dozens of well made bags out there. For the ladies, I am going to get around this by sliding it all the way down and using it as a torso strap instead. If you are also <120lbs with a small frame, this should work for you. If not, I recommend purchasing attachable straps and fixing them on yourself—most hiking supply stores can help you here.
(3) It would be nice to have one of the side pockets be a taller one for something like a coffee mug or umbrella instead for the short side pockets with flimsy little straps to hold bottles in place.
(4) There should be attachable (and preferably) tuckable/hidable padded waist straps for a bag this large—regardless of the size of the person wearing it, that is just common sense and a poorly planned design in my opinion having carried dozens of packs over my career. When the straps are tucked along the back, they would provide lumbar support, when they are out, they will secure around the waist. Please add to future designs.

All in all, I will use this bag because it really does seem the best way to keep my really expensive and really large work computer safe. However, Everki should hire some women and consult with some outdoor supply/hiking experts. Even a city bag needs some of these common and helpful features. I will be able to rig this bag to work for me because I have years of experience doing this for made-for-men products, but many people will not know how to do this safely.

A recipe for brand loyalty
Review by
I bought the Titan back in 2013 and have used it practically every day to work since then. I am extremely happy with the bag and can not fault it.

A few weeks ago (May 2019) I noticed a small problem with one of the zips. I emailed Everki, expecting that it might now be far to late to do anything about it. But Everki, true to their word, with no fuss, offered to replace the bag and I now have a brand new Titan. If that is not a recipe for brand loyalty then I don't know what is.

I never have to worry about the bag. It fits all my stuff, fit in the overhead in most planes, I can lock the zippers if need be. The open flat feature is very nice. The adjustment on the straps make it easy to carry loaded or not. The water bottle keeper is a life saver. If your serious, this is the last bag you will need.

I always carry both my personal 18" Alienware and work 15" HP laptops together, snug as a bug in a rug, with their power supplies, I.T. tools and cables, all well protected within this Titan backpack.

Sturdy and comfortable shoulder straps, even when fully loaded.

A vast array of pockets, sleeves and pouches within, make it easy to store the bits and pieces - a place for everything and everything in its place.

Yes - they are THAT good!

I have been a Titan Backpack user for over 5 years now and had given a review after having it for a few months. I figured a new review, with my experience with the backpack, would be good for users looking at them.

I am a road warrior - and I am very fussy about the equipment I travel with. For the last 5 years I have been lugging around a 18.4 Dell Alienware computer in my backpack - also loaded with lot of other gear. This laptop had destroyed 2 other (non-Everki) backpacks in less than the first 4 months. They just could not handle the weight! So - I went searching for a new back pack - and found Everki. To be honest, at first I was sceptical - but after I got the backpack and went on my first trip - I was sold! I have at many times just thrown the backpack over one shoulder - and the strap had no problem with that weight! There were many times I had about 40 lbs in the backpack and it has held up incrediably well over the years!

This packpack has all the pockets and storage you will need. I would carry around a 18.4" laptop, it's huge power bar, two tablets, cables, mice, folders, papers, presentation projector, security devices, etc. I never had any issues not only fitting it all in - but finding places to put them.

Everki's warranty is all that they claim as well. I had lost a strap (it fell off) - and they had a new strap to me within days of reporting it. Their support team was polite and prompt - and once they verified what had gone wrong - they fully supported their product!

The only thing I would recommend for Everki to change on this backpack - would be to put a little more padding/cushion at the bottom-back of the backpack - where the laptop is at. When I would lay the backpack down at times - it felt that it could use some additional padding there. But I never had any damage - so I guess there is enough padding after all.

This is a top notch product! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Titan back pack and Everki to anyone... When I need a new one - I will be purchasing another Everki backpack.

Awesome backpack and great customer service. EVERYONE, THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY IS REAL!

This laptop has survived all of engineering school with me. I regularly packed it to the brim with a binder, multiple books, drafting kit, scientific calculators, fullsize hole-puncher, and a gaming laptop and handled it like a champ. Also every time I had to travel either for my internships or pleasure this was my go to bag and fits more than the standard carry-on. Now as a fulltime engineer I still prefer to take this backpack for my business trips. Recently my backpack started to have issues with the stitching on the top zipper and handle. I contacted customer support (Daniel was friendly and very helpful), followed their simple process to a make a claim and had a new one at my doorstep in less than a week. EVERYONE, THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY IS REAL!

Been using my Everki Titan for over a year now and love it. It holds an insane amount of stuff including my Alienware 17R4 and adapter/hard drivers/ cables/ tablets / Raspberry Pi / Controllers etc...all at once.

I also use this bag to transport my laptop to and from work on my motorcycle and it works amazingly well.

I unfortunately broke one of the clips and Everki offered to just replace the bag! Even though I just wanted to buy a new clip and fix the bag I had.

Amazing customer service even when it was clearly my fault the clip broke.

Highly HIGHLY recommend this bag to anyone looking for a large laptop bag.

I bought this bag because of a friends experience with Everki and I will be recommending them to everyone I know as well. Everki has a customer for life in me.

I've had this bag for a few years now and still love it. It's outlasted my Asus G74SX and is now protecting my MSI Dominator. I have traveled to seven countries across four continents and this bag has held up for all of it. The only problem is I carry too much now as it has the room for all of it. I've recently starting looking for bags for my sons to use for school and to carry their laptops. Unfortunately, I don't think it would be good for a school bag, otherwise I would get this for them. I'm still looking at getting them Everki bags as their customer service was excellent with the one issue I had. This bag holds almost my whole desk worth of goodies and gadgets that I use for gaming and office work.
