These Terms and Conditions ( “Terms of Use”) apply to the EVERKI website (www.EVERKI.com, and all associated sites linked to www.EVERKI.com, including EVERKI sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of EVERKI International Co. Ltd. (“EVERKI”) and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

 

EVERKI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, EVERKI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

 

All content, text, photographs, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to EVERKI, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

 

Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Product images with items other than a bag are for reference only. Items in the images are not included when purchasing the bag.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES EVERKI'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. EVERKI SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. EVERKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT EVERKI HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without EVERKI’s express prior written consent.

 

Terms of Sale

 

Sales conditions

 

1. Order

When ordering, a purchase agreement is reached when you confirm your order at checkout. An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

 

Ordered products remain EVERKI’s property until they fully paid. Until the ownership has passed over to the customer, the customer undertakes to properly care for the products and not alter them without EVERKI’s written consent. The customer does not own the right to transfer or grant access rights to products that are subject to reservation of ownership.

 

 

2. Delivery and shipping

EVERKI only deliver to customers in Sweden. Delivery time is estimated to 2-5 business days.

 

Shipping costs:

 

Orders under 700 SEK: 139 SEK shipping cost.

Orders over 700 SEK: Free shipping.

 

3. Price and payment

The prices at EVERKI are stated in Swedish kronor and include the current value added tax (25 % vat) and exclude any shipping costs and any invoice fees, which are based on EVERKI’s current price list at the delivery date.

 

Payment of the product price and relevant shipping cost must be by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or Paypal.

 

4. Return Policy

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (DHL) you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without having to state the reason. The time limit starts on the day you receive the product. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of the date on which you have invoked the right of withdrawal.

 

Correction/Cancellation

Please note that is not possible to correct/cancel an order after it has been placed. This is because the order immediately being prepared for fast & error free delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at our customer service.

 

You always have right to 14 days to return your product, if you choose to return it after your order.
