I bought my first Beacon 5 years ago to haul my 18' laptop and all my IT gear 37 miles to and from work via motorcycle, car or train. I loved the bag so much I started using it for travel, and my outdoor hunting and camping adventures. I used it almost every bleeping day and loaded it to the gills. It didn't matter how heavy it was the straps held up and were very comfortable. I used the rain fly countless times when I got caught in the rain and it kept all my expensive electronics dry.

After 5 years of everyday abuse the main zipper started to fail. I thought no big deal, it had served me so well I'd just buy a new one. On a whim I decided to email Everki customer support to see if I could get a discount on a new bag....and instead they replaced the bag for FREE! It was covered under their lifetime warranty. I had my new bag in a week and it has an upgraded even heavier duty zipper. Awesome product and awesome customer service.

On a normal basis, I walk 2+ miles to and from school through all sorts of weather. I used to carry my laptop in a messenger style bag with all my books and binders in another back pack, which was all good and well while I was at a community college, and not walking too far. Now that I am at MSU, and walk everywhere I figured it would be a good idea to get everything into one bag. The laptop I carry on a daily basis, is an ASUS G73, which is a hefty machine to carry, plus my books as well. I have never had a backpack support the weight so well. The beacon supports the weight in a way nothing else I have ever had even comes close to doing, and in that manner I am very pleased. I am also very please with the chest strap and rain cover which really come in handy. The only problem I have had, is within a month the bag started to fall apart, the bottom fell out, and the left strap was starting to rip. I contacted customer support, sent a few photos, and now I have another bag already on the way here. I have never had such a good experience with customer support from any company before. They really stand by their product, and I am pleased to say, that they have earned themselves a lifelong customer. From now on I will only buy Everki bags, I mean who can beat a life time warranty, on a product that is so superb.

Wow Wow Wow, best laptop bag I've ever owned. I had my Everki for 3 years. Loved it so much I was about to buy a new one since this one had the central clip not fitting securely anymore. Then I remembered about the lifetime warranty. The team sent me a replacement no dramas, right away. Super friendly, just incredible. My wife was so impressed that she is getting one for herself (maybe a travel version).

Fantastic Bag and fantastic customer service. Bought this bag approx. 8 years ago and it was starting to come apart. Ive used this bag a lot over the years and it is of amazing quality. I contacted the company asking for information on what could be done, and BOOM! With some proof and information, Paul was happy to send me a replacement. Massively happy customer and it appears im a life long customer now! This one will probably last much longer too.

Was immer mal passieren kann: eine kleine Stelle an einer Naht im Trennbereich zum unteren Gummi löste sich.

Nun aber kommt das Sensationelle -->
obwohl die gesetzliche Garantie schon abgelaufen war, versuchte ich einen Kontakt zum Service herzustellen.

Was man heutzutage extrem selten erlebt: Eine Antwort per Email kam bereist am nächsten Tag. Nach 2-3 wirklich sehr freundlichen Schriftwechseln wurde mir ein Austausch gegen einen neuen Beacon angeboten.

Auch hier musste ich nicht lange warten. Nach Einreichen der erforderlichen Unterlagen war der neue Rucksack innerhalb von 1 Tag (!!!) bei mir.

Für eine so tollen Kundenservice sollte es sogar mehr als 5 Sterne geben.

Mit Sicherheit werde ich wieder bei EVERKI kaufen und die Produkte im gesamten Freundeskreis empfehlen.

I was thrilled with my Beacon backpack from the beginning.
Whatever happens: a small spot on a seam in the separation area to the lower rubber dissolved.

But now comes the sensational ->
Although the legal warranty had expired, I tried to contact the service.

What you rarely experience these days: An email reply came the next day. After 2-3 really very friendly correspondence I was offered an exchange for a new Beacon.

Again, I did not have to wait long. After submitting the necessary documents, the new backpack was within 1 day (!!!) with me.

For such great customer service there should be even more than 5 stars.

For sure I will buy again at EVERKI and recommend the products to the whole circle of friends.

Had this bag for several years and was durable and comfortable. Bag unfortunately developed a huge rip that made the bag unusable. The warranty process was painless and Everki shipped me a bag back out immediately. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be recommending this company to everyone. I must say that Everki have the best costumer service I have ever got in my life. I had problem with my Everki bag and under 1 week I got a repalcement bag! That is what I call good service!

I have the Everki bag that I use for university. it fits my laptop and book great. I am really happy with this bag!

I have been using the Beacon since 2012. It is a great bag that suits my needs perfectly. The loop on the front lets me to carry a Kryptonite New York U lock very securely and easily on the outside of my bag. My Alienware M14xR2 and Surface 3 are also protected inside. Even with these two devices, there is still space for a couple binders and textbooks. I had a manufacturing defect with my Beacon and the customer service team helped me get a new one free of charge. James from the customer team is very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Everki bags to all of my friends.
