I’ve been using an Everki backpack for years. However recently I’ve decided that a roller/backpack setup is needed. Everki had exactly what I wanted and needed. I haven’t used it extensively however it’s built tough just like my backpack. It has ample room, plenty of pockets, and rolls smoothly. Regarding the Everki warranty, one should have no concerns. The customer service rep who assisted me (Cesar) was receptive, professional, and eager to correct the issue. I’ve always used Briggs and Riley due to their “simple as that” warranty. They will no longer be my first choice. I will not hesitate to buy from again.
