When am I charged?
Only on dispatch. When you order, your payment is only authorised; you're charged only when your parcel leaves our warehouse in Germany.
When does it arrive?
The first batch arrives in Germany in early November and ships immediately. We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium; the exact delivery window is shown at checkout.
Can I trust this?

Behind the design
Before it's a backpack, it's 100+ pieces of paper.
Every panel, strap and compartment of EVERKI ONE starts as a hand-drawn paper pattern, cut to full size and laid out on the workshop floor for review. More than 100 individual pieces are measured, refined and signed off here before a single zipper is sewn. It's the slow part of bag making that most newer brands skip.

Final review
Compartments, seams and zippers are signed off in person by the same team that has already built 2 million bags.
Most newer Kickstarter brands prototype remotely and rely on a screen for sign-off. We don't. Seams, zippers, the click of the chest strap and the clamshell structure under load are signed off in person before tooling begins. This is what 20 years of EVERKI experience looks like in practice.
